According to Messagelabs spam levels have reached a 19 month high with a jump of just under 10 percent from March to April this year.
In the UK the jump was just over 25%.
This now means that spam constitues approximateley 85% of all messages.
A lot of the increase is due to spammers sending image based emails from domain names registered in China where domain registration regulations are not as strict as most other countries.
