LexisNexis today announced that London law firm Payne Hicks Beach (PHB) Solicitors has chosen to deploy LexisNexis Axxia dna as its web-based, business process management system of choice. This decision will enable the firm to standardise and automate its business processes to significantly increase overall business efficiency. Previously, the firm was using Axxia only as an accounting and time recording system.
Following a thorough investigation of the market, PHB chose Axxia dna for its integrated platform, flexibility, customisability, scalability to support a growing practice, and a clearly defined product development roadmap. Further, the proven track record and stability of LexisNexis also contributed to the firm’s decision.
PHB will use Axxia dna as an integrated document management and workflow tool that will allow the firm to enhance its current business processes. In addition, updated Axxia dna software will improve time recording and reporting capabilities to enable fee-earners to maximise client budgets by reducing their time on administrative tasks to deliver a greatly enhanced customer service. Axxia dna will be used by about 110 users including administrative staff and fee-earners.
